Wouldn’t this be a fun trip for our Trip Planning Committee! Lock 21 opened in 1904 – Peterborough, Ontario Canada – the Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site. These crazy kayakers are on their way to the upper level of this section of the waterway on the highest hydraulic lift lock in the world. Beautiful, beautiful area to paddle.
