Member Laurie Appling recently completed a solo hike on the Portuguese Camino. 240 km in 12 days of walking (150 miles). She reported the journey is now complete and she had a wonderful experience. Along the way, she met many wonderful people who were supportive and kind. She said, “You see the best of humanity on the Camino… To have time to explore, reflect, and walk was very healing.” When she returns, you can ask her all about it!
