On our Clear Lake camping trip, we paddled the tule wonder of Anderson Marsh. We expected to see tules and wildlife, but not to encounter boats more commonly seen in places like the Florida Everglades. We passed a group of fishermen in these air boats, where a boat with a submerged propeller would not be practical in the shallow, marshy water.
