INSTRUCTIONS:
- PRIOR TO THE FIRST ANNOUNCEMENT Become familiar with the water venue to be paddled, the Launch/Meeting site, Potential routes and Potential Lunch Spots.
- Fill out this Form and Submit it to the Webmaster no less than TWO weeks in advance and Include:
• Event Name: Can be anything you want but S/B descriptive of the venue and “Flavor of the Paddle”
• Venue Name and a URL for a map of the venue map
• URL for Driving directions and map.
• A paragraph or two describing the venue, paddle conditions, sights, flora, fauna, and maybe something about the history of the venue… Your Choice.
• Time/Date – note that launch time and arrival time are not the same.
• Meeting and Launch Location (Driving instruction and/or Map)
• Required Entry or day-use fees (if any)
• Required inspections (if any)
• Proposed Paddling Route with Distance and Duration
• Alternate Paddle Routes for Those who may want to abbreviate or lengthen their trip.
• Expected Skill Level, Vessel type, and Equipment (Remider to all for PFDs)
• Potential Locations for the lunch stop
• Expected weather conditions.
• List URLs for any photos you want to upload or use from previous photos.
• Contact information for RSVP.
